Child Passenger Safety professionals spend their careers protecting children and supporting families, often while managing stress, emotional demands and limited resources. This interactive session explores practical, evidence-informed strategies to strengthen resilience, build self-awareness and support long-term professional sustainability. Participants will learn tools they can practice and apply in CPS checkup events, certification courses, community outreach and everyday interactions with caregivers and colleagues.
